Bidford On Avon, Warwickshire - Five miles from Stratford Upon Avon

Set in 230 acres of delightfully landscaped Warwickshire countryside, our 18-hole par 72 championship length course is one of the longest and most challenging courses in England. The course, which measures 7,233 yards from the back tees with a standard scratch of 74, is built like a links course. American bent grass greens are fully irrigated with a host of water hazards on the back nine holes, with another four running alongside the River Avon.

Perhaps the toughest tests on the course are the mammoth 600 yard 17th, the up-hill par-four 4th and the 233 yard "short" 7th. The front nine plays like a links course due to the open setting while the back nine poses a wholly different challenge with water coming into play on seven of the holes. Course management accuracy and nerves of steel are the order of the day as the holes wind their way around four large man-made lakes and border the River Avon

In the delightfully landscaped countryside, Bidford Grange boasts 54 en-suite bedrooms. Each room has tea and coffee facilities, televisions and full en-suite. There are also 20 golfing cottages at Bidford Grange. Each cottage is designed with golfing and groups in mind and can house up to four people. The cottage bedrooms have all of the facilities of the hotel rooms as well as ample lounge and storage space over the two floors. There is also the popular Spikes Bar and a separate snooker and games room.
