Our total event management package includes:

Tournament Format: Advice on the format of the golf day will be given by our Golf Team to suit your requirements depending on the ability of the golfers and the numbers involved. The Golf team will advise your group on the number of tee times you require to make your golf day run smoothly. We can also cater for shotgun golf and two tee starts.

Scorecard Preparation: Scorecards will be prepared prior to your event stating the players' names and their relevant handicaps. When playing a Stableford format, the handicap allowance on each hole will be indicated.

Nearest the Pin: On a pre-determined par 3 an added incentive competition will be held to see which golfer from the group achieves the closest shot to the pin flag. Scoring pins and banners are provided and our Golf Team ensures that all results are collated.

Longest Drive: On a pre-determined par 4 or 5 an added incentive competition will be held to see which golfer from the group has the longest drive off the tee. Again scoring pins and banners are provided and the Golf Team collates the results.

Starting: A dedicated member of the Golf Team will be at the 1st tee to distribute scorecards and call the order of play. They will be on hand to welcome your guests and give advice on the course and any local rules.

Tournament Desk: Our Golf Team will set up a Tournament Desk to register your golfers and provide any corporate gifts or information that needs to be distributed. The team will deal with any enquiries that your guests may have and the desk will provide a constant point of reference throughout the day.

Scoring: The Golf Team will collect all scorecards from the players and check that the card has been marked correctly and that the correct handicap has been used. All results will then be compiled and delivered ready for the prize giving ceremony.

On Course Presence: Throughout your day our Golf Team will be on hand both on and off the course to ensure that the pace of play is consistent and that the day runs smoothly.
